Vedrana Subotić appears as piano soloist with the Ballet West Orchestra in the pit for Ben Stevenson's Dracula, a gothic retelling of Bram Stoker's novel scored to the music of Franz Liszt, arranged by John Lanchbery. Lanchbery drew on more than a dozen of Liszt's works, including Totentanz and La lugubre gondola, and assigned the piano to represent Dracula himself.
